Returns Policy
We at Noor's Notes are committed to getting your purchases to you quickly and securely, while also offering a fair return policy if needed.
Shipping:
Order Processing: We aim to process orders within 1-2 business days.
Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping options. This includes Royal Mail 2nd Class at £1.55, and also Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For, ranging from £3.05 to £3.80 (postage prices vary depending on size of letter).
Every Signed For 1st Class item is covered against loss or damage up to £20 or the value of the item, whichever is lower. These covers are provided independently by Royal Mail, as stated on their website. Read more here.
Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and chosen shipping method.
Tracking: If you have opted for Royal Mail Signed For shipping, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is shipped.
International Shipping: We do not currently offer international shipping. We only ship to the UK as we are a UK-based small business.
Returns:
Eligibility: This policy applies to all products purchased on the Noor's Notes website (www.noorsnotes.co.uk).
Return Window: You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your unopened and unused items for a full refund.
Return Process:
Contact us at hello@noorsnotes.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive the returned item in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Return Shipping Costs:
We are unable to offer free return shipping at this time.
You will be responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
Non-Returnable Items:
We cannot accept returns for opened or used items.
Digital products are non-refundable.
Any products listed on the Website at a discounted price, or “sale items”, “sale products” – are non-refundable.
Important:
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be returned in their original condition, with all brand tags, stickers and/or labels intact.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning items.
Your Rights under UK Law:
As a consumer in the UK, you also have the legal right to return faulty or misdescribed goods under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. This gives you more rights than this policy in some situations.
