Why are your cards priced differently at markets and online?

Greeting cards are typically cheaper at in-person markets because postage does not apply. When you order online, postage is included in the product price so you automatically have free postage.

Are your cards handmade?

Yes, at Noor’s Notes, each card is designed by Noor herself (no AI!!) then small-batch print, trim, fold and package each one with care.

Is your packaging eco-friendly?

Yes. All cards and prints are packaged in either recyclable paper or biodegradable, compostable cellophane compliant with European standard EN 13432 and ASTM D5511.

Why do you use cellophane?

All products are packed in biodegradable cellophane and displays the product while being a more eco-friendly option than standard cellophane.

How do pre-orders work?

If a product is listed as ‘pre-order’ in the title, and you purchase it, you have signed up for the pre-order. You will shortly be sent the product as stated in the product listing and as stated in any following emails regarding your order. This depends if you have provided an email you have access to at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping typically takes 3-5 working days. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, do not hesitate to drop an email at hello@noorsnotes.co.uk.

Do you ship internationally?

As a very small business, Noor's Notes currently does not offer international shipping. However in the future we hope to offer this.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately, due to the small-batch nature of our products, we print our products when there is a demand for them. However, if your order arrives in a faulty or damaged condition, do not hesitate to send us an email at hello@noorsnotes.co.uk.
